REPORTING AGAINST 1st ROUND OF COUNSELING

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR REPORTING IN COLLEGE

You should report at the college alloted from 20/07/2011 to 26/07/2011 till 6:00 PM for admission along with following documents and deposit the fees in the Institute as per the latest Uttrakhand Government Orders, otherwise your admission will be considered as cancelled.

1. University’s copy of the Bank Challan through which you have deposited the counseling and other advance fees in SBI.
2. Printout of online Registration Details/Locked Choices.
3. AIEEE-Admit Card and Score-card, Class Xth Certificate, Class XIIth Marksheet/Certificate, Domicile Certificate (if claiming reservation under this category), Proof of Category/Sub-Category (if any), Affidavit for Gap period (if any), Medical Certificate, Character certificate issued from the Institute last attended or from Gazetted Officer, Kashmiri Migrant Certificate (if any), Income Certificate (for claiming seat under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme as per Uttarakhand Govt. Order. No:348/XXIV(8)/10-26/10 dated:19/01/2011) etc.
4. Four copies of your latest passport size color photographs.
5. You are also advised to refer the website of allotted institute/college for other details of admission, if any.

 

UTTARAKHAND STATE COUNSELING UPDATED NEWS

Dear visitors,

Here is a very shocking news for all the students who wants to get admission in uttarakhand colleges & who don’t have domicile of uttarakhand bcoz UTU had made an announcement that from this year domicile is must for counseling of B-TECH 2011 and moreover you cannot make the domicile in this month the clerks and workers are in indefinite STRIKE which may long for 3-4 months.

For those who already have domicile of uttarakhand they have a good news that from this year 5% seats are reserved for economically backward students( those having annual income less than 2.5 lakhs) . Now they have a very bright chances of selection into best colleges in uttarakhand.
